By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree that you understand the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain cannabinoids from hemp oil including cannabidiol (CBD). These products have not been evaluated by the FDA. Because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any extra benefits for products containing CBD (cannabidiol). If you decide to purchase our products, you are drawing your own opinions as to any additional benefits or results these products may provide.
Green Flower Botanicals, LLC will not be held liable to the results when using our products. By taking any of our products, you acknowledge that you are fully aware and informed of the indications, proper handling, and proper usage of the products, and you acknowledge and agree to the risks that may come herewith. Inclusive are any health effects, allergic reactions, physiological changes and effects, body reactions, and any loss or damages that may occur thereafter. This includes any results found through the conduction of drug tests and any medical tests relating to the products. Use of our products is entirely at your own risk.
Our products are natural, which means they do not contain any preservatives. We recommend that you store your products in a cool place, or even refrigerate them for maximum life. We recommend that you use all products within 6 months of purchase to ensure maximum potency and safety.
IMPORTANT: When using our dropper products, you want to avoid touching the dropper to the inside of your mouth so you don’t contaminate the contents. If you think you may have contaminated your bottle and it begins to taste different in any way, discard it immediately and order a replacement.

Never leave charging batteries unattended. Batteries may explode if mishandled. You may return Green Flower Botanical’s product(s) under the following conditions for refunds, exchanges and credits:
Unopened Products: You may return unopened products in original packaging within 14 days from the date order was placed, for a refund of the purchase price. Only qualified, unopened, sealed and unused items in original packaging may be returned for a refund. Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, the issue must be reported to customer service within 72 hours of delivery to receive a replacement item. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges are only for the exact item purchased, unless the item is no longer available. We may request pictures of the damaged items before authorizing a replacement. To report a damaged item click here.
Try & See Eligible Products: Try & See Eligible products that meet all of the following conditions qualify for a full refund of the purchase price:
1. Product must be Try & See Eligible. Click here for a full list of Try & See Eligible Products.
2. This must be your first return of a Green Flower Botanical’s product (excluding damaged or unopened items).
3. Refund applies to a single Try & See Eligible product only.
4. You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of the purchase date of your eligible product.
5. To obtain refund, we must receive the product within 10 business days after the issue date of your RMA.
6. Upon receipt of your qualified product, we will issue a refund via check or refund to credit card used for purchase.
